Payment: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other forms of electronic payment. Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late or missed payments.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure that our services are safe and effective, we are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the actions of our customers, including but not limited to theft, damage to property, or personal injury.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service to discuss a refund or re-cleaning. We reserve the right to investigate and verify any claims of unsatisfactory service before issuing a refund.
Privacy: We respect the privacy of our customers and will not share or sell any personal information collected during the course of our services, unless required by law or as necessary to complete the services requested.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Help Me Cleaning and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content on our website without our prior written consent.
